1,Product structure
The H530 wind turbine generator is mainly composed of the main engine, high-speed blades, auxiliary wind wheel, bracket, upper and lower bracket plates, base and tower, etc. See the above exploded diagram for details.
(1.) The magnet is made of high-quality NdFeB high-temperature resistant magnetic material, with small starting torque and low noise.
(2. )The blade adopts advanced aerodynamic design and high-strength aluminum alloy profiles to ensure operational reliability.
(3.) The housing of the magnetic suspension motor is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, which is integrally cast by a mold. The housing of some outer rotor motors is integrally formed by high-quality alloy steel coils, and the surface is sprayed with plastic for anti-corrosion treatment, which is suitable for various complex and harsh working environments.
(4. )All exposed parts of this machine are treated with long-term anti-corrosion surface treatment, and the connecting screws are treated with stainless steel or Dacromet to ensure that the fan will not corrode when it operates normally for a long time in various harsh environments.
2 Product Advantages
(1.) The appearance and structure design with independent intellectual property rights is adopted to perfectly realize the effect of breeze start and breeze power generation. The whole machine is small in size, light in weight, beautiful in appearance and low in operating vibration.
(2. )The generator housing is made of high-strength aluminum alloy through integral die casting or high-quality alloy steel coiled plate, with high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation performance. Equipped with a special stator and rotor design, it effectively reduces the running resistance torque.
(3.) The wind wheel blades are made of new process brushed aluminum molds through precision manufacturing, with optimized aerodynamic appearance design and structural design, high wind energy utilization coefficient, and increased annual power generation.
(4. )The main engine blade bracket is made of high-quality alloy steel plate after laser cutting and overall bending. It has high installation accuracy and stronger typhoon resistance, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the fan.
(5. )The whole machine adopts waterproof and dustproof design to meet the use conditions under different working conditions. An auxiliary wind wheel is installed in the middle of the fan to further improve the wind speed utilization range and ensure the electricity demand in low wind speed areas.
(6. )The intelligent tracking technology of wind power generation efficiency is adopted to effectively adjust the current and voltage, and the power generation conversion rate is high.
(7.) Low noise during operation, automatic wind-facing in all directions, suitable for various occasions. The use of distributed wind power generation layout can effectively solve the problem of customers' difficulty in using electricity
